OUR APPROACH
Instructing a barrister should not be clouded with uncertainty. When you make the call, we will provide you with a quote for a fixed fee up front.
Where we need to look at the brief and discuss the fee with Counsel, we will do so and come back to you within 24 hours.
We accept instructions from solicitors or other practising lawyers as well as overseas lawyers.
All instructions are accepted on the basis of the (New) Standard Contractual Terms for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2012, which can be found here.
The only exception to this is where Chambers has specifically agreed to other terms in writing.
