Counsel had excellent attention to detail and an insightful
thought process into complex disputes, coupled with an ability to identify the key
issues. He is certainly my preferred choice of Counsel for complex commercial and
contractual disputes.”
Counsel’s client manner and advocacy skills are excellent, and we have enjoyed a
very high ratio of success in cases where the issues have been far from clear-cut or
straightforward.
I have used Thomas on a variety of fast and multitrack civil cases and always found his
work to be of the highest calibre.
